L1- denied
My L1-B was refused on 27 April 2009 so my company applied for L1-individual but unfortunately my L1-individual petiton also denied on 19 Jan 2010.
My total years of experience: 3yrs 7months
Working for the same company and client for 3yrs and 7months
After an year of L1-B refusal, I am re-applying for L1-B. I have series of questions in my mind
1) As there is consecutive refusal of L1-B and L1-individual, will the consulate reject my L1-B
2) Will the consulate have good opinionn on the petition? bec after entering the Passport# it would provide the complete details
3) L1-B was refused for project ZZZ, L1-individual was refused for project ZZZ, I am re-applying for L1-B for the same project ZZZ. Is this advantage or disadvantage
