URGENT: Travelling on L1B while having a valid H1B visa

I have a valid H1B petition and visa until 2012 June with company A. I was working with that company in US, but returned back to India in November 2009 and joined company B in India.
Company B is going to apply an L1 visa for me very soon. So,

1) If I travel to US on L1 visa with Company B, what happens to my H1B visa with Company A?
2) Will I be able to move back to my H1B visa after travelling on L1B?
3) My green card is in process with Company A. I-140 was approved. So, if I travel on L1B visa with Company B, will there be any problem to my green card processing with company A?

Can someone please answer these questions so that I can decide whether I need to travel back to US on L1B or H1B?

1) Nothing happens.
2) Yes. Apply for CoS from L1 to H1 when you decide to move.
3) No problem.
