Hi there,
I work for a French multinational company and I am set to move to the US with the company sometime in Q1 2021. I am a European national.
I am aiming for a L1B Visa and I read that there might be an exception for the Specialized Knowledge category. Could a "normal" corporate job be entitled to this?
I am trying to understand the feasability of my move in the next months. Is everything absolutely blocked until January? Even if things open in January, how long would it take me to finally move? I believe my company could apply for a Blanket Visa. Can I start the process now or must I wait for the ban to be lifted?
