Following is my L1 details
PED: 8th Jul, 2005
I-94: Jan 2007
Blanket Petition validity: Indefinite
Visa expired 16th Dec, 2004
My first L1 issued on Jan, 2003
I am in Blanket L1-B. I am going to India and have to renew my Visa. My question is whether they will give me Visa till PED. Now how they get this PED.
My petition has indefinite validity. My first L1 application was on Jan 2003. So How they came up with 8th Jul, 2005 date. If I go to India and use the same blanket petition ( With same WAC no ) , shall I get Visa for longer time. Note my L1 employment has been only two years as of date. Please advice on my situation.
