L1B Blanket Rejected - Need help for L1B Individual

Hi everyone,

My L1b blanket was rejected last week and my employer is processing L1B individual. I have a query. If my L1b blanket was rejected for the reason that as I don't have the specialized knowledge, will the same be questioned for my L1b individual also?
