Hi all, I have a few questions in regards to L1A/B visa to permanent residency. I will be relocating to the US on a L1B visa (company has a blanket waver in place already), my company (a big multinational in the finance space) told me they will apply in my behalf for permanent residency. So from what I have already understood from here is that I will have to apply for a labor certificate first? Is that right ? Also when can this process be initiated , I read everything from instantly to 12 month. I am discussing this with our lawyers as well but it would be good to get an non-company biased response first to see where I stand. thanks in advance10.0.0.0.1
