L1 Visa RFE grace period

Hi , I am on L1B and has received RFE. My final date for RFE submission is 15th Nov 2020. Due to a personal situation i wanted to delay the submission of RFE , visa team says USCIS is currently giving 60 days of grace over the final RFE submission date. so i can submit my response by 15th Jan 2021. Is this information correct?

Yes - you can avail 60 days grace.
I have also date to respond same time and I’m also availing 60 days grace.
