L1 Extension approved by stay denied - Need support

My L1A (blanket extension) got denied on August 2020 and company filed my fresh extension which got approved on Oct'2020 but with status as STAY DENIED. Please guide me on the steps.

1. Can I use dropbox feasibility in my home country or do i need to go for fresh VISA interview.
2. If new visa interview can i go to nearby country like mexico or canada?
3. What should i do for my dependents. Do they need to exit with me also? I have not got their letter yet.

I am confused need your advice and suggestion to plan my next steps.

Yes, you can. But I would prefer to schedule an interview & go there - instead of taking risk with dropbox.

Certainly.

3. What should i do for my dependents. Do they need to exit with me also? I have not got their letter yet.

If the primary applicant is not maintaining a status, their status will also be void. Better to take then with you as well & reenter with new visa (if needed) & new I94.
