FPD DD Collection After L1 Blanket Visa Refusal

I appeared for L1 Blanket Visa Interview on May 2010 and my L1 Blanket Visa was not approved then.I was given Blue Slip 221(g) and VO returned my Passport.

I was not aware that i should collect back my "Fraud Prevention and Detection Fee" DD ($500) upon Visa Refusal.

Having known now,how to get my DD back?

Unfortunately i do not have the DD number.

You should contact the VFS help desk. Probably they might be able to help you.
