Hello,
Need to apply for spouse's EAD extension (I-765). Its the 2nd renewal, so do I need to pay for bio-metrics ($85) again or should I pay only $410?
My understanding is that the old fees ($410) are still valid and I don't need to pay the new ones ($550) correct?
Filing category will be a(18).
Appreciate advise.
