L2 EAD renewal along with L1 extension - sequential or parallel?

My L1, L2 & Spouse EAD expires on 3/31/21, want to know if an extension application for L2 EAD (I-765) can be submitted along with L1, L2 extension request, OR does it have to be sequential as below?

1. L1 extension to be approved
2. L2 extension to be approved
3. EAD extension to be initiated.

All can be filled together but will follow different processing timelines.
