L1-A Visa stamping after extension?

Hello All,
I'm currently in the USA on a L1-A. The L1-A visa is stamped in my now expired passport and the expiry date of the visa is 20 February, 2022 (visa issued date: 24 February, 2017). I had applied for passport renewal and have received my renewed passport since then.
Last year, my L1-A extension was approved and my I-797 has validity date till 24 July, 2021.
My questions is if I travel to India in January 2021, do I need to get a fresh L1-A stamped in India, since the existing L1-A visa is stamped in my now expired passport?

Also, for my wife has a L2 visa stamped valid till 24 February, 2022 in her valid passport and her I-797 is valid till 24 July, 2021. Will she need to get any fresh stamping done in India before traveling back to the USA in February, 2021?

I believe your visa extension application has been filed by attorney and they should have advised you.

Anyway, you need to go for consular processing with i797 approval notice and get visa stamped again . Then only you can come to US again.
