My l2 visa end date is JUL-2021 and PED is APR-2019. I left to India in March 2019 and due to personal reasons I didn’t travel back to USA So I didnt apply for l2 extension along with my mobdro kodi husbands l1 extension so my PED is still APR-2019. Petition is for the primary applicant only. Since your husband applied for his L1 extension, he must have received extension approval by now.Originally posted by TaylorBrown View Post
If your husband is still in USA & got his extension approved, then you can use that still valid visa to travel to USA (along with copy of L1 extension approval).- I am not an Attorney, hence not giving any legal advice. Just sharing MY opinion with an intent to help others.
