Hi Everyone,
My wife is in US on L1B. Now she has initiated L2 for me through her employer. They are asking me to get an NOC from my current employer. But my employer is not ready to provide me the NOC.
Is NOC an absolute necessity? Do they see it during the interview? If yes, then is there a way I can force my employers to provide me the NOC.
