Hi, i have a l1b interview scheduled in mid Jan (brand new L1 visa). Now that the proclaimation has extended I had this question. I already have a H4 visa and was in the united states on 24th June - the day when the proclaimation came into effect. Can I still go for the interview or should I reschedule it? I will check with my attorney, but I want to know if i can leverage the fact that I was in US on 24th. Thanks!
The question because of the clause:
"The Proclamation does not apply to applicants who were in the United States on the effective date of the Proclamation (June 24), or who had a valid visa in the classifications mentioned above (and plans to enter the United States on that visa), or who had another official travel document valid on the effective date of the Proclamation."
