This is more of a silly question but it's better to be safe than sorry.
There are 2 ways to file for EAD extension (I-765) :
1) File along with L1 (I-129) and L2 (I-539) Extensions
2) File using receipt numbers of L1 (I-129) and L2 (I-539) Extensions
My company is agreeing to file using #1 if I prepare and give the form and documents for i-765 myself.
The immigration team will prepare the I-129 and I-539 bundle and send all 3 together.
Question : Is there any additional documents needed for EAD extension (i-765) when filed along with L1 and L2 extensions ? Because in #2, the receipt number ties the processing thread together, often resulting in RFE once L1 and L2 is approved. In #1, does USCIS internally take care of connecting the dots ?
