L2 stamping process for minor dependents

Hello,

I am currently on L1A visa approved till 2023. My minor dependent's L2 visa have expired and we have received I-797 approval and new I 94. My question is when I travel with my minor to India, what is the process to get L2 visa stamped?

1) Will I be eligible for dropbox?
2) Will I have to travel to Chennai only to get L2 stamped or can be done in any other location?
3) Is it possible to get L2 visa stamped in any other country outside USA (like Canada). If so, what is the process?

Depends if you qualify on other criteria as well.
Was your initial L1A visa approved on blanket petition?
Did your minor dependent turned 14 after getting last visa?

2) Will I have to travel to Chennai only to get L2 stamped or can be done in any other location?

No, you can get your visa stamped anywhere outside USA - but for dropbox, you have to go to same location as your initial visa.

3) Is it possible to get L2 visa stamped in any other country outside USA (like Canada). If so, what is the process?

Process remains same anywhere in the world.
