L1 Visa

Hi All,
I wife is working in US and she is a green card holder. Now my company wants me to sent US in L1 visa. Is there any chance to deny my visa if I mentioned my wife is already in US on green card. I don’t have any intention right now to migrate as I am waiting for her green card get converted citizenship by next June. Risk I am felling is if they deny my L1 and if they think I am potential migrant will they cancel my B1\B2 also. Any suggestion?

You anyhow need to mention all facts in DS-160. Any false information on the application may even lead to a permanant ban.
