Has anyone been able to book an appointment for L1B-Individual at any Consulates?

Has anyone been able to get a normal appointment (without the emergency approval) at any of the consulates ?

My L1B-Blanket was refused at Chennai consulate, after a long wait the L1B-Individual petition was approved, my understanding is now I should be able to take an appointment anywhere right? No need to take an appointment only at the Chennai consulate?

For Indians, Blanket petition can only be stamped at Chennai. Other consulates in India does not support Blanket petitions.

For Individual petition - you need to go to the consulate near your residence location.

Do not cancel yourself, they'll cancel it for you & then you can take another appointment.
