Question about L1 visa

Hello everybody!

I am a resident of Estonia. I have an operating company in Estonia. Im 100% owner of my Estonian copmpany.

My company is an online store (marketplace) that works for the European Union market.

I want to enter the US market and open an LLC company in the US. But i dont want live in USA.

Does my case qualify for an L1 visa?

Or i can apply for B1 visa?

You can apply for L1A visa.
