Query Regarding L2 EAD Renewal best time to apply?

Hello, Thanks for helping in Advance,

I have one query my husband visa L1B going to expire on May 31st 2021 and the company where he (my husband) working have already proceed to file Visa extension without premium file this month (January) and I am on L2 Visa and my EAD also going to expire on the same date (May 31st 2021) i am worry when is the right time should i apply for my EAD renewal? do i have to wait for the Visa extension approval or when is the right time to apply for EAD Renewal kindly guide. Thanks Again!

You should have applied for your L2 extension & your EAD renewal along with L1 extension itself.
