L1A went to RFE after the case was withdrawn

My Company had applied L1A extension in October last year. My company has withdrawn the L1A extension that was filed last month and sent me a confirmation. Recently my L1A case went into Request for Initial Evidence. Fortunately myself and my wife moved to EAD since Jan this year.

I wanted to understand what could have happened even though it was withdrawn and company sent me a notice. Will this impact stay in the US or have any impact in GC process?

Since you moved to EAD (assuming along with pending I485), you no longer need L1A status. So it's fine, you can continue to stay & it won't have any impact on your GC process either.
