Fraud detection fee for L1 INDIVIDUAL petiton?

Hello all,

I'd like to ask whether the fraudy detection fee of 500 USD is mandatory to be paid only in case of BLANKET PETITION, or also in case of INDIVIDUAL PETITION?

Somewhere I read that this fee is required only for the blanket petition, but I am not sure. Thank you in advance for your suggestions.

Yes, it is required for Blanket petition.
