Approved i539 and ds160

Hello.
I have approved I 539 extension visa L2 of staying.
I need the passport stamping for traveling , so I need to leave USA and fill ds160 in my country.
Is there any change if I get denied of getting new visa L2 stamp at embassy ? Even some minimal change?
What happened with me at that point? What my actions will be?
Is there another way to get passport stamping?

I assume you mean "chance" not "change" - Yes, if you misrepresent yourself anywhere by hiding truth or telling lie your visa can be denied.

What happened with me at that point? What my actions will be?

Nothing you can apply for L2 visa again, providing more proof that you are the legitimate applicant. Better to consult an attorney if that happens.

Is there another way to get passport stamping?

No, US embassy is the only way.
