l1a amendment made...previously was in l1b for 5 years...my company is transferlring me...what would be the possible immigration path forward

I am trying to get my visa stamped. Fee paid and interview window opens but says no interview date available. What to do? Also system gets locked when I try to book interview. Kindly advise.
