Is visa stamping open in Chennai India for L1B

I read that the ban on H1B , L1 etc is on till 31March 21. https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/...w/81292204.cms

Are any approved petition being stamped at Consulate in Chennai ?

Are there any new H1B , L1B approavsl we have heard of ?

Its not open for fresh visa stamping yet. However it is open for renewal cases.
