Dont have I-129S for L1 Visa

Hi,
I recently applied for Blanket L-1 Visa and got my visa approved. I received my passport back from Consulate with visa stamped on it. However, they did not give back any stamped/approved Form I-129S to me. Now, the visa states that I must present Form I-129S at POE.

I am trying to reach US Consulate via their support emails but no response so far.

Questions -
1. Is it mandatory to carry I-129S for my first visit to US? Will I not be allowed to enter US if I don't have it?
2. Is there any other way to expedite my process of getting I-129S from US Consulate other than contacting via support?
3. How much time do they take on an average to respond to such queries?

I raised a query with US Consulate on this and they sent my Form I-129S in a week.

rgoohyiatl I am in the same boat, I didn’t receive i 129s endorsed form. On which email I’d you raised the query?
