Travel to US on L1 visa before March?

Hello,

I recently got my L1B application approved and passport has been stamped. This got approved as my company is a member of the CoC so the proclamation does not apply.

I am planning on traveling to US (Los Angeles) before the end of March to start my new job. Will I have any issues or should I be ok as I have a valid visa stamp in my passport,
