L1A Individual Denied

Hello,

I lived in US for 7 years on L1A and applied for GC in EB1C. I got my I140 approved and moved back to India as priority dates are not current.

After working as a manager for an year and half in India, My company reapplied for L1A Individual again and unfortunately my petition got denied.

Could you please suggest what are the options I have now? My company do not file consular process for GC.

Can I reapply for L1 immediately as my case is strong? And is there any other way for me like requesting my company to apply for consular processing? Please suggest

There is no cool down period for L1A after denial, you can reapply immediately. But better to understand why it was denied & if that problem or situation is handled, before you reapply.
