Hope everyone is doing great. This is my first post in immihelp and mainly I have been following L visa forum. Experiences/ queries posted here are really informative and helpful.
I am a Telecom professional and worked throughout in Wireless Technologies. My query is about better visa option - L1A / H1B / Other country PR.
My company filed for L1A Individual in Dec'20 and currently my petition is sitting with USCIS with no update. Meanwhile, my company has nominated me for H1B as well. Also, there might be an opportunity in Canada but that requires me to have PR first. Then, I am already having NZ PR and worked in NZ for almost two years before coming back to India. Came back to India from NZ due to lack of job opportunities or no jobs in Telecom space.
Seeing experiences of my friends with L1 and H1B visas, I am very much concerned about stability in US. So, wanted suggestion on below in terms of stability and job opportunities in Telecom space.
a) Should I go with L1A/ H1B (obviously once I get my visa stamped) ?
OR
b) Should I go for Canada PR ?
OR
c) Should I go back to NZ as I have already stayed there and having NZ PR ?
a) seems to be the best option in terms of job opportunities but lacks in stability b) seems to be a good option in terms of jobs (definitely lesser than US though) and stability c) seems to be a stable option but risky as almost no jobs in Telecom space
