L1B Individual - Help Needed

Hi All,

I have applied for L1B Individual and my petition was approved in May 2020 by USCIS. But due to COVID nothing was done on it further. On this forum I saw people appearing for Interview now.
I am confused about the Proclamation 10052. If this is still in effect, how come these interviews are scheduled? I saw few members mentioning about CoC or some listing of their companies. Can anyone explain it please?
Can I pay the fees now and schedule my interview at New Delhi consulate? What all documents are required to be carry at the time of interview? Any response will be much appreciated.

Proclamation 10052 is in effect until March 31st. There are a few companies for which it doesn't apply and are an exception to the proclamation. You can check them out. If your company happens to be one of them, then appointment interview slots are available in Chennai, last I checked.
