New L1B Blanket issued. Any travel restrictions under PP 10052?

Hello,

I was issued my L1B Blanket in the Chennai consulate last week. When the passport was delivered, I noticed the following line in it

Excepted from or not subject to PP10052

I wanted to understand what the line meant. Also, since the executive order PP 10052 is until March 31st 2021, can I travel to the US before that based on the above statement? Did anyone else see a similar line in their passport?

Would be really helpful if someone could help me understand this

Apologies that i will not be able to answer your question above, but based on "Excepted from or not subject to PP10052" , you should be able to travel as they have mentioned that you are Excepted.

So the experience is pretty smooth. They asked me the following questions

1. Where are you going to work?
2. How long have you worked for the firm? Have you worked in India or some other place for this firm?
3. What would be your salary?
4. What would be your designation?
5. Would you work for the firm or the clients?
6. What is your specialised knowledge?
7. Is that a proprietary tool that you developed?

That's it. After that he stamped my visa and wished me luck!
