Travel with valid visa

My wife s passport has a visa till 2023 based on my petition which had an end date 20Jan2021.
Now I have my L1 petition renewed till April 2022 .
Now if she travels to India does she has to re-stamp her visa on her return based on the new petition, or she can travel on her old visa.
If she travels on her old visa what date will immigration give on her I-94?

She can use her existing valid visa, with copy of your expired & renewed petition.

Assuming you still maintaining your L1 status. Most probably she will get I94 matching your new petition expiry date.
