L1B RFE notice not received yet

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to get an update from you guys, if some one is in a similar situation like me.

The receipt date for my L1B extension is 07/27/2020.
I see the latest status on USCIS as RFE issued on 01/07/2021, but its been almost 2.5 months now and I(and my immigration team) haven't received anything from USCIS.
I tried calling USCIS helpline but couldn't talk to anyone.
I tried submitting e-request and request for "case outside normal processing time", both times I received an email from USCIS stating "Our records do not indicate that you are authorized for access to information related to this case".
What to do now ?

You need to request your attorney submit SR for this.

Thanks KKAR, we have already tried to submit an SR, but USCIS is not replying on that as well. Its been more than 1 month now since my attorney submitted an SR.
I dont understand why it is taking so much time for my case where people whose receipt date is later than mine have already received RFE notice.
Is there a possibility of address mistake or some other issue ?

VisaSeeker2015 , Nops. Its been almost 4 months now and we haven't received RFE notice from USCIS. We submitted multiple e-request but got nothing from them.
Now my attorney is proposing to upgrade my case to premium processing, there's separate team who take care of premium processing cases. So we're hoping to get the notice via email

Hello,
Did you receive any response, Mine is same case RFE issue on 26-Apr-21 so far its not received by Attorney & my 240 days ending by mid august, any information much appreciated.
