L2 - I94 Expiry

Hi,
I am in L2 visa. My I94 is expiring on Feb 8th 2005. My SPouse I-94 is valid till 2007. I recently applied for my I94 extension.

I heard that I will get the INS receipt first and new I94 card will come after 3 or 4 months. Is that true?

I need to apply for my work permit, to apply that I94 extended card is needed.


So I want to get my I94 extension card as early as possible.
I heard that there I94 Premium Processing(need to pay 400 For it), and i heard that I94 would come in 15 days in premium processing.

Is it possible to apply I94 premium processing for L2 I94 extension?

Please hlep me out if anybody knows information on this...
