L1 visa transfer to other employer

I have a question about the L1 visa. I read on your home page that you say it is possible to transfer the L1 visa to other companies. Could I please ask you if there are any other requirements if transferring to another employer. Does the position have to be similar?

You can do that only if you meet the requirements of L1 visa for another employer as well.
