    Please help provide the documents checklist for filing L1A Individual Visa and also comment about the success rate of L1A Individual VS L1A Blanket.

    You should consult an attorney or your company’s HR for list of documents.

    L1a individual has better chances of success over L1a blanket.

      Libra_14 Please find the list of visa filing documents requested by our company HR : 1) Academic documents 2) Employer documents 3) Organizational chart 4) Performance Appraisal Reporting Letters 5)Passport 6) Personal details form 7) Resume 8)Offer and Promotion letters 9) Previous visa details and travel history.

      Please suggest if they have missed out anything critical.

          With blanket petition, the onus is on the applicant to prove that he is a legitimate candidate for the visa. Even with an iota of doubt, VO prefers to reject blanket visa applications (which makes sense to me). You do not have any chance of RFE.

          With individual petition, you & your company submit a bunch of documentation proving your candidature to USCIS, once petition is approved, VO's generally do not have much to verify during interview & chances are high for approval. You get an addition chance to prove in form of RFE.
