Hi All,
My company is processing my visa under the L1B blanket. However I have a few queries regarding the same. I had completed my B.Sc (stats) in 2000 and joined as a trainee SW engineer in a company. Due to my constant travel I was unable to collect my Degree certificates and mark sheets of my undergraduation. Then Again in 2005 I had completed my M.A (Eng Litt) part time. Now the problem is I have my Degree and marksheet of my post graduation but I do not have those of my B.Sc. I have a total of 9 years of exp in the IT industry.
My queries are.
1, Can I show only my M.A or is my B.Sc certificates absolutely necessary?
2, Is there any other documentation that are required?
3, How long will it take for the process to complete?
