L2 - Consulate Appointment

Hi,
I am applying L2 visa for my family at New Delhi. I have been trying to book appointment for the same but could not book for last 1 week. It shows the date for VAC appointment but no dates showing up for consulate appointment - New Delhi. I have tried with almost all VAC dates available but on Consular Appointment screen, nothing is showing up. Did any one else face the same situation? Any tips/suggestions on how to book appointment will be much appreciated.
