Individual L1B extension result

Hi My L1B Indivdual extension was filed on july 7th 2010, But still the USICS website shows as initial review, When can i expect the Decision. Because when check the dates for the processing service center, it says 1 month.

Anywhere between 1 -3 months by normal process. If you upgrade it to premium, then you will get the decision within 15 days.

Result Status on L1B Individual

Hi Shervin,

Today when i checked USICS website my last updated status is changed to 08/16/2010 fro my WAC number , but the status has not changed to anything else. When can i expect the results. I mean the date has changed but status is still in Initial review.

No one can predict this. The processing time varies from one processing center to another. There might be many steps involved in making a decision. Just the change in the last updated date doesn't provide any metrics to decide whether the decision will be made within so and so date. However, the update shows that your petition is under processing. The normal processing time is anywhere between 1 -3 months. If you are really cencerned about a quick response, then you should ask your employer to upgrade to premium.
