Question regarding L1 A individual RFE response

Hi ,
My extension was filed in September 2020 as Program manager and I received an RFE on 30th March 2021 with questions related to the Subordinate roles and responsibilities for current(onshore)and past (offshore project) and the managerial evidences.
Since the time extension was filed , I have changes in the Org chart..Team size has increased and my reporting manager has also changed.
Along with Onshore , I also have offshore subordinates on current project so wanted to know if it’s appropriate to show the roles and responsibilities for current Offshore subordinates too , I had stated I manage offshore team in extension documents too in September.

All standard questions - subordinates roles and responsibilities current and pst project , degree certificates , managerial letters and most recent Org charts
