L1 individual visa Processing Time

Hi,

My L1 has been filed on April 15, but I did not get any decision on my petition. Can any one tell me how long will it take. It’s still showing as initial review.

The processing time may vary from one processing center to another. The usual processing time is 2-3 months by normal process and 15 days by premium. Ask your employer / company attorney to check with USCIS since it is already more than 3 months since your applied.
