Hello,
My wife and I are in the US on L1-B and L2 respectively. Recently, I had the L2 EAD of my wife renewed under her current L2 I-94. However, now my company has filed for an L1A. My questions are -
1. Can my wife continue to use her L2 EAD once my L1A and her L2 applications are approved ?
2. Or will I have to reapply for a new L2 EAD after L1A approval?

Please advise.

---- You can continue using the L2 EAD even after L1A approvel. At the next renewal inform USCIS of applying for EAD under L1A
