Delay in receiving L1A RFE notice. How to get RFE notice?

My recent L1A visa extension was issued RFE recently. Its being almost a month and my attorney is not received RFE notice. While the attorney is trying to follow up with RFE notice from USCIS? Has one recently experienced delay in mailing RFE from USCIS? What can I do to have USCIS sent the notice?

Will appreciate if any one can share their experiences.

Mine also same case, my L1A extension filled on Sep 24 2020 and upgraded to premium on Feb 29, 2021 and status changed to RFE on Mar 3rd, but my attorney didn't receive RFE notice and still waiting , Im following up with my employer and attorney , last week attorny contacted USCIS requested copy of RFE notice

Any idea how they will calculate deadline to respond to RFE

RFE deadline is generally 30 to 90 days. You can have your attorney reach out to premium processing help line or raise the request for duplicate copy of RFE

I am also in same boat, RFE generated on 26-April & still waiting to get RFE notice delivered to attorney. Attorney requested duplicate RFE on 26-May & we are still waiting. Can you please share update on your cases.

I am in the same situation as well!

I had my L1B extenstion status changed to RFE by May-18-2021 and my Attorney havent received the RFE notice until June-2-2021. Attorney Requested a RFE copy by creating n SR by June-2 and no response from uSCIS yet..

Applied for a premum processing by May 1st week hoping to get an answer within 15 days. Have a lot of things being affected by this delay and it is really frustrating

Can anyone share their experience on how long this scenario took for you to finally get the RFE in hand?
