RFE processing time in normal

Hi Friends,

Hope, all are doing great.

This is reg my L1B extension RFE processing time. My employer submitted RFE response 3 months back. I have been waiting for uscis decisions my RFE for past 3 months. Actually my case is normal processing.

Usually how long uscis takes to make decision on RFE response in normalprocessing?

In the RFE document standard processing time is usually mentioned as 60 days. Take a look at your RFE document if it says 60 days on your it means your attorney or employer can reach out to USCIS for a status update

if the 240 days is nearing, pls upgrade the case to Premium .. that should be the best bet..if u have enough time pls go for SR route..

Hi KKAR, my case L1 B Extn(after RFE Response) was approved today 5/11, RFE Submission date 4/22 under normal processing.
