L1 visa appointment - Chennai

Hi everyone,

I recently got an inter company job offer from my US firm and they want me to join the firm by Aug-21. However, I have been tracking the interview slots for Chennai US embassy from last one week. There are no slots available before Nov-21. Need your suggestions on what should I do to get an early appointment. I though of emergency visa but It won't consider my request per my understanding. I don't want to lose this opportunity.


Any help/suggestion will be appreciated.

Hi,
There is only one way to expedite is to obtain emergency appointment.. If position is having that kind of requirement, then you can consider and try getting Emergency appointment.. For this, you will need your US Employer support too.
