I am going to apply L1 visa and L2 for my spouse.I have a couple of queries.
1.My spouse name is not in the passport ,however i have marriage certificate with me.Name in the passport is mandatory or not.
2.Her B2 visa got rejected 2 months back under section 214,is is going to impact her stamping this time or that is not a problem.
3.IF i am correct than we both need to go togather for stamping,if it doesnot hapeen it can be possible that her visa got rejected .Please correct me if i am wrong.
