L1 Visa - aurisation issue

Hi

I have L1 Visa. and it will be expired on Feb 2011. But my I-94 will expire on May 2012.
So Shall I work up to 2012 or I have to do extension of my L1 Visa. ?

2) If possible, I will stay after feb 2011 and will put Extension file after feb 2011 in USA.

Please advice me on this.

1) You can only work until work permit (L1) date.
2) You need to apply for extn before its expiry to continue to work
