Please suggest regarding below.
1) Rejection rates are higher in premium L1A individual visa filing process when compared to regular? Is that true or a misconception ?
2) Any advice regarding the common mistakes to be avoided during the visa filing process ?
3) Currently, I am performing 50% of managerial work and the other 50% of technical work ? Can this be a problem for visa approval ?

That't not true, premium processing doesn't impact petition result in any way.

2) Any advice regarding the common mistakes to be avoided during the visa filing process ?

Tell the truth.

1) Is their any specific limit on the percentage of performed managerial work to be mentioned for a better visa approval chances ?
2) Regarding the following interview questions :
a) "What are the roles and responsibilities associated with your current position?" Should I mention only about managerial work ? If yes, 2 to 3 points would suffice ?
b) "Where will you work in the United States?" Since everything is remote these days, can I mention about the client location ?
c) "How many reports to you and what are their designations ?" I manage a team of 14 with varied designations, do I need to mention about them all ?
