Hi Experts,
Currently, I manage a team of 14 (4 onsite and 10 offshore) members. During the visa interview, how can I answer the following question, Q1 : Being at offshore, how do you manage the onshore resources and what discretionary authority do you have ?
Q2 : Are you involved with technical work as well ? Should I need to mention about the percentage of my technical work and showcase the corresponding documents as well ? If yes, what documents should I have handy ?
Q3 : Why can’t the work be from your home country?

Location of team members doesn't matter, as long as you can still manage them. Tell the authority you have over these members.

Q2 : Are you involved with technical work as well ?

Should I need to mention about the percentage of my technical work and showcase the corresponding documents as well ? If yes, what documents should I have handy ?

Your answer should match with what your application says. No other documentation required.

Q3 : Why can’t the work be from your home country?

Because you might need to interact with your client or onsite counterparts face-to-face. Timezone difference.
